Interactive Services Detection

Wir haben auf unserem Server PDFCreator installiert. Es gibt ein Druckerobjekt, das freigegeben ist.
Ein fremder Server, der mittels VPN eine TCP/IP-Verbindung zu unserem Server aufgebaut hat, druckt mittels LPR auf die IP Adresse unseres Servers und unserer Warteschlangenname.
Unser PDFCreator-Drucker mach dann ein PDF und sendet es per Mail in die entsprechende Abteilung.
Das hat bisher tadellos funktioniert, aber seit letzten Freitag wird von unserem Windows Server 2008R2 ein interaktiver Dienst erkannt. Man kann die Meldung anzeigen, da erscheint dann das PDFCreator-Fenster, über das man die PDF Datei mailen oder speichern kann. Als Profil ist "Standardprofil" ausgewählt.
Eine Testseite von unserem Server aus wird erfolgreich zugemailt.
Was kann ich machen, damit die Datei wieder automatisch ohne Benutzerhandlung gemailt wird?

Silent Command Line for SCCM

I downloaded the PDFCreator-4_1_3-Setup.exe app but I need to install it silently, which command line should I use?

I use this /ForceInstall /VERYSILENT /NORESTART /components="program" /tasks="winexplorer,!desktopicon" but I get the installation wizard.

Hello PDFForge Support,
I am getting an error while converting image files in PDF conversion. I can convert other file types like .txt. The problem is only with the image files. I have tried multiple different versions. I did not get results from any of them. I also checked the printer, there is no problem there either. I wonder what could be the reason?

PDFCreator-like printer driver that outputs PCL files instead of PDF files?

I've been using an ancient version of PDFCreator for a long time to act as a windows printer and render to PDF files - it has worked very well.

I now need to do something similar, except output to PCL file instead of PDF file. I'm looking for a printer driver (like PDFCreator shows up as a Windows printer) that renders output of an arbitrary Windows application (word, excel, browser, etc.) into a PCL file that would be printed to interim storage file, and then delivered to a PCL printer elsewhere and/or later.

Although I could post-process PDF files into PCL one way or another, I'd prefer to avoid such a step if there's something that's more streamlined to provide this sort of function.

Is this already a feature of PDFCreator, or is there another such solution I should look for?

I have a problem with the error "invalid index. Please check the index parameter" when I do:

Windows Virtual Desktop and PDF Creator Terminal Server

Hello,

I'm currently migrating a customer from RDS/Terminal servers to the new Azure Service - Windows Virtual Desktop.
This service works with the new Windows 10 multi-session OS that allow multiple users to share a Windows 10 virtual machine.
I'm preparing the image (installling the apps) and I cant use the classic PDF Creator installer because it seems it detects the RDS service on Windows 10 multi-session.

Before, the customer had 3 servers for 100 users, that means 3 servers licences. Now the customer will have 20 Windows 10 multi sessions. Does he have to buy a licence for each virtual machine (a licence for 5 users for example) or is there another solution less expensive ?

PDF creator 4.1.3 unwanted installation

So i work in a company who use MS Access 2000 and PDF Creator 1.7.3 until yesterday everything work "perfectly" but since the 25/10/2020 PDF Creator 4.1.3 just install itself on few PC.

We have to uninstall all PDF Creator version and reinstall 1.7.3 Version but after few hour the 4.1.3 is back.

Pc where this mysterious "bug" occure have different windows version and different hardware.

How can i disable the autoinstallation of the latest version ?

Thanks in advance the company gona have a hard time if i dont find any solutions.

Je ne peux pas m!ettre a jour le dernier PdfCreator 4.1.3 var je recois le message erreur suivant

CustomAction a renvoyé le code d'erreur réel 1610 (notez que cela peut ne pas être précis à 100% si la traduction s'est produite dans le bac à sable)
Erreur 1714. L'ancienne version de PDFCreator ne peut pas être supprimée. Contactez votre groupe d'assistance technique. Erreur système 1610.

Export docx with watermark

When I export a word document with a watermark to pdf the watermark text is printed with patten foreground, and when I try to export docx to png the watermark is not exported completely and only some letters appear in the final image.

Kann mir Jemand weiterhelfen? siehe Anhang
Benutzer kann nach Löschung nicht wieder zugewiesen werden. Sowie bei unseren Standard und Professional nicht. Woran kann das liegen? Muss der Zeitraum wirklich abgewartet werden?

Hallo,
wir nutzen zuhause PDFCreator Free 3.2.0 Build 11758, leider bringt er mich zur Verzweiflung.
Seit einiger Zeit schreibt er wandelt er mir zb: Übersicht_Karten.xls in "(NDIJobGUID=28daf7b4-45ff-462e-b8bb-9df6a3a7d044)Übersicht_Karten.pdf" um

Ich bekomme dieses NDIJOBGUID= einfach nicht weg,
gibt es hierfür eine Lösung ?

PDFCreator 1.7.1 doesn't work on IIS 10 when using Office16

Hi , i face a problem while develop Program when using PDFCreator,
when i run program in VB is work but while i use IIS to open the program is keep loading and no error no exception just keep loading , i have checked the user authority is accessed ,i also add Spool 's permission, i checked the log in PDFCreator is just show this:

Problem with copy/paste text

Hello,
since we moved our company to the new microsoft's browser Chromium, we are not able to generate PDFs with PdfCreator from chromium with "copyable" text.
I mean that our pdfs are readable but when we copy/paste text we obtain wrong characters.

We're using pdfcreator 4.2.0

Anyone has experienced this?

I need to specify a filename for my pdf

Hi, I'm new to the forum. I'm generating a PDF directly from a database report, using the PDF Creator printer driver. The PDF is created with the name of the print job () and I then have to rename it to give it its proper unique name. For example, if the procedure that generates an invoice is called InvoiceGen, I get a pdf called InvoiceGen.pdf. I then have to rename it to Invoice_0355676.pdf .
It's all doable but I was wondering if I could pass the correct filename to the printer driver, possibly using tokens. Only thing is, I have no idea how to do that. Can anyone help?

Can't print since 4.1.2 version!

Since version 4.1.3 onward, 4.1.3 and 4.2, I simply can't print on Firefox, Edge, Chrome...
I have to get back to 4.1.2 to print again with no problems. Never had any problem of this on previous versions...

I always send the error reports...
I leave my error report... please help me!!
