I add a bitmap (with PDFsharp) in PDF with coordinates 0,0. All PDF printers set this bitmap on the left / top of the PDF, including PDF Architect but not PDF Creator. With Creator X / Y coordinates are mixed up and the origin Point 0,0 is in the middle of the edge above or below
