Save File Path-PDF Creator

I have a user that changed the Save File Path in PDF Creator (Terminal Server), yet when she goes to save a document, it still directs to her C Drive. This is what we don't want. We have another user that is able to save to a different drive with no issue, I copied the settings from that account, but still no luck.
