Very Large PDF files created

One example:
- Original Vision file: 320KB
- Created a PDF (one document page for one physical page) via PDF Architect 4: 226KB
- Created a new PDF (two document pages for one physical page) from the original PDF via Print: 2.4MB

Any ideas?
